1. Purpose of the contract

This document establishes the terms and conditions applicable to purchases made through virtual platforms managed by Tierras de Montaña. By making a purchase, the user fully accepts these terms.

3. Product information

Tierras de Montaña sells specialty coffee and processed agricultural products based on principles of sustainability. Information about product characteristics, origin, processes, and pricing is available on each product page.

4. Purchase process

The user selects the products, provides shipping information, and completes payment using the available options. Once payment is confirmed, an order will be generated and the customer will receive a confirmation via email.

5. Pricing and payments

All prices are expressed in the corresponding currency (COP or EUR depending on the site). Payments may be made via bank transfer, credit/debit card, or authorized platforms. Shipping costs are calculated separately and disclosed before completing the purchase.

6. Shipping and delivery times

Domestic shipments within Colombia are delivered within an estimated 2 to 7 business days. For international shipments, delivery times may vary depending on the destination country and selected shipping method. Tierras de Montaña is not responsible for delays caused by third parties (customs, logistics providers).

7. Return and exchange policy

Returns of food products are not accepted once opened, except in cases of proven defects. If the product arrives damaged or does not match the order, the user must notify us within 3 business days of receipt to request an exchange or refund.

8. Personal data protection

User data will be processed in accordance with Colombian Law 1581 of 2012 and other applicable regulations. Data will only be used for commercial, logistical, and customer service purposes. Tierras de Montaña does not sell or share personal data with third parties.

9. Intellectual property

All content published on our platforms (texts, photos, logos, trademarks) is the property of Tierras de Montaña or its allied producers. Reproduction is prohibited without express authorization.

10. Jurisdiction and applicable law

This contract is governed by Colombian law. Any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bogotá, D.C.
